We are offering a £2,000 sign on bonus! You will receive £1,000 in month 1 and £1,000 in month 13 as well as a competitive salary up to £39,800 plus an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in delivering an honest, reliable, and professional experience for every customer. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards
• Applying your technical expertise to both routine and complex repairs
• Taking pride in achieving quality results and first-time fixes

We welcome individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need

• A relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Automotive)
• At least 12 months hands-on experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
