Receptionist (Front of House)

The Role

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at all times. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting all visitors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  • Managing the main switchboard, answering and directing calls efficiently
  • Maintaining a high standard of front-of-house presentation
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception
  • Representing the firm’s values through excellent customer service

About You

We are looking for a confident and personable individual to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis who can thrive in a busy environment:

  • Experience in a front-of-house role (hospitality or professional services preferred)
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills and a professional manner
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Calm under pressure, with a resilient and flexible “can do” attitude
  • High levels of integrity, energy, and reliability
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and comfortable using modern telephone systems

Customer service training or experience is highly desirable.

This is a full-time and permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9-5.
