What You’ll Do

    • Coordinate and support the response to cyber security incidents
    • Chair incident calls and brief colleagues during stand-up meetings
    • Produce meeting minutes and incident status reports
    • Track and progress incident actions
    • Continually update our digital incident management application
    • Engage with stakeholders to get to the root cause of incidents
    • Contribute to post incident reviews while highlighting lessons learned and improvements
    • Proactively suggest improvements that will support One Tech Team
    • Contribute towards incident management reporting including written reports and KPIs
    • Provide 24/7 on-call support on rotation
Who You Are

    • The Spirit of Vodafone

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and efficient problem solving
    • Cultural sensitivity and social flexibility in a global corporate environment
    • A keen interest in cyber security with a desire to learn more
Nice to have

    • Knowledge of security controls and incident response capabilities
    • A basic understanding of the SANS 6 Steps for incident management
    • Experience of working within a global and multi-cultural company
    • An ability to work under pressure in fast paced environments

What's In It For You

  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 5%
  • Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year
  • Charity days: 5 days/year
  • Maternity/adoption leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5
