Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader based at The Johnnie Walker Bond.

What You Will Do

Children’s Health Care and Justice Service welcome applications from highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to lead, develop and manage an integrated Early Years, Children, Young People and Families Team within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership. You will work with the management team in the enhancement and strategic development of Health Visiting and School Nursing teams and must have a Post-graduate qualification in Public Health Nursing/Health Visiting/School Nursing.

Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job

You will be organised, have excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills and be passionate about improving outcomes for our children and young people. Evidence of leading a team through improvement work is desirable and the ability to support and manage staff is essential utilising our values of Caring, Safe and Respectful. Our Early Years’ service, provides team members with continual learning and development opportunities in line with changing policy and practice. Car driver/owner essential. Compressed hours will be considered for this post.

The post holder is responsible and accountable for maintaining clinical, staff and information governance to allow them to deliver on the expectations of the Clinical Team Leader role.
