Job Description
As a support worker you will look after the well-being of the people we support in their daily lives. You will help adults living with different physical disabilities and mental health needs to live their lives more independently and support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support.
You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care as well as social activities such as walking, swimming or going to the gym. This will also include planning alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable the individuals to be happy, healthy and successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.

It has an Ofsted Grade 2 Good rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, exceeding the national average of 65.6%. Using a blended approach, learners are always at the forefront of our priorities. All learners are assigned a Personal Tutor who will be their main point of contact.
This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Adult Care Worker – Level 2 Apprenticeship

Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.

- Collaborate with the individual's circle of support, including families and professionals, to plan and deliver care tailored to their wishes and aspirations.
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where each person feels heard, valued, and included.
