And when our people feel informed, supported, and connected, they’re better able to deliver the exceptional care we’re known for. Your contribution will help strengthen our culture, improve the day-to-day experience for our teams, and ultimately enhance the care we provide to people across the Wyre Forest affected by life-limiting illness, bereavement, and loss.

You’ll work closely with our Head of People and receive day-to-day guidance from our Marketing & Communications Officer. Together, you’ll help turn written content into beautifully designed and engaging resources that reflect our culture and values. The core deliverables include Helping to update and visually rework our Employee/Volunteer Culture Books, which act as key reference points for our teams throughout their journey at KEMP Designing an Employee Charter/Promise — a clear, values-led statement of what it means to work here Adding branding, structure, and polish to a range of internal materials such as training presentations, induction checklists, and guides Creating simple, visually appealing posters, infographics, and visuals for internal campaigns — such as encouraging committee participation, sharing updates, or simplifying processes Supporting a more consistent look and feel across all internal communications, with a focus on accessibility, clarity, and inclusivity We’ll provide the written content and key messaging — your role is to help bring it to life visually, ensuring everything we share feels aligned with who we are as a people-first organisation. There is flexibility in how this role is shaped. If you have specific interests — for example, developing visual templates, creating campaign-style comms, or refining layouts for accessibility — we’re happy to work with you to tailor the experience. This is a collaborative role where your input will be valued, and your creativity welcomed. You’ll be supporting work that ultimately helps us care better. When our people feel informed, connected, and part of something meaningful, it has a direct impact on the care and support we deliver to the local community. This is a chance to help shape the internal culture of a much-loved local charity — and use your creativity to make a genuine difference.
