We have a fantastic opportunity within our growing business for a talented and conscientious People Administrator
As a People Administrator, you will be the primary contact for HR inquiries, providing effective administrative support to the People Team and all business unit employees. Your role includes offering comprehensive support throughout the People lifecycle, advising employees and line managers on policies and procedures, and maintaining the people system to ensure effective communication of best practices.
Join our People Admin team, the cornerstone of our People function, where you will play a vital role in supporting our business units and ensuring effective HR operations. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a positive workplace culture and guiding employees through the entire People lifecycle.

It Would Be Great If You Have
- Strong administrative background with a good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of HR practices, including employment law
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience using HR Information Systems (preferably use of Cascade and ITrent but not essential)
- Ability to manage a varied workload, organising and prioritising to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, a keen eye for consistency and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work confidentially with sensitive company information
