In this vital role, you’ll work closely with our Housing Teams to provide expert arrears advice and support across a diverse portfolio—including general needs, supported housing, and intensive housing management accommodation.

About The Role

- Leading on the arrears journey from end to end, including former tenant arrears
- Supporting the simplification and streamlining of arrears processes
- Enhancing our digital approach to arrears, including the use of AI to identify trends and hotspots
- Delivering training and updates to frontline staff, ensuring best practice is embedded in rent collection and financial inclusion strategies
What You’ll Bring
- A deep understanding of arrears management and housing law
- Experience of working in social or supported housing settings
- Confidence using digital tools and data to improve processes
- A collaborative approach to working with teams and customers
