Manage profit/ loss and meet financial targets set within the budget of a designated contract portfolio. Drive operational excellence and improvement across multiple contracts. Lead the long term strategic direction of the operational teams and functions on the portfolio. Develop client relationships, by ensuring the highest standards of operational service are delivered. Identify and deliver innovative added value solutions, and maintain strong employee and client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Present Monthly Trading reviews on key elements of the business portfolio including P&L, expenditure, risks and growth opportunities
- Scheduling employees and covering shifts/ Call – Off’s
- Managing the establishment of employees – recruitment, leavers, contractual hours
- Managing absence, performance and appraisals. Where necessary conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Monitor service delivery levels and customer satisfaction
- Lead employee engagement, development and succession planning
- Identify, monitor and report on contract KPI’s, identifying areas of opportunity and/or risk, and working with others in the business to develop action plans to address any areas of underperformance
- Negotiate price increases and present Tender Proposals to potential new customers
- Be aware of business development and growth opportunities within the portfolio, as well as the wider commercial environment including competitor activity
- Reconciliation of invoicing and controlling debt/ cash flow
- Compiling assignment instructions and risk assessments
- Understanding of “Service Contracts” Contractual Terms and Conditions
