At CWA (Civil Works Alliance), we are seeking an accomplished Reporting Lead to join our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) in Suffolk. In this pivotal role, you will shape the reporting strategy for the Sizewell C project, a cornerstone of the UK’s future energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting approach for the CWA, aligning with project controls and governance processes.
  • Ensure all reporting aligns with safety, quality, time, and cost objectives, catering to the diverse needs of stakeholders.
  • Manage sectional teams in a matrix structure to implement consistent reporting practices.
  • Communicate insights and findings effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop advanced analytical reports and dashboards for performance measurement.
  • Engage with functional leaders to plan and deliver reporting needs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee programme controls and integrate productivity management into reporting strategies.

Competencies Required

  • Proven leadership in project reporting, capable of delivering executive-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using Power BI dashboards and similar tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Deep understanding of integrated project management systems and digital engineering tools.
  • Ability to foster a culture of Health, Safety, and Environmental excellence across teams.
  • Strategic thinking to drive improvements in reporting systems and ensure alignment with project goals.
