Eastcott Veterinary Hospital and Referrals are recruiting for a part-time Insurance Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract. In this role you have the opportunity to work within a friendly and supportive team with flexible working hours.
This is a part-time role working 30h per week. Fixed-term contract for 1 year. Previous experience in veterinary is desirable. The role of Insurance Administrator is responsible for:

- To accurately record and process payments and refunds from Clients and insurers
- To accurately process insurance claims within agreed timescales
- Liaise with insurers to ascertain outcomes for insurance claims.
- Investigate and resolve queries made by clients regarding invoices raised
- Various other admin tasks as may occasionally be requested by the Client Accounts Team Leader and to support the rest of the team
