Avg wgp £800 (per runner), working on 12 month contracts
Due to natural growth of the desk, our brand new Tech team are looking to add a Senior Consultant to their team. You will be supporting the development of our contract function, further expanding our house accounts and diversifying our existing runner book.

The Role:
What you’ll be doing:
Working within the market Strativ Group was founded on, reporting into a manager with over 8 years of contract and management experience
Identifying contract opportunities across the US within your niche and playing an integral part in developing our 360 business: pitching to new client, negotiating terms and delivering top level candidates
Utilising your existing network and continuing to develop both this and your industry knowledge to partner with high quality candidates and long term clients
Win the client, not just the job – working closely with our client solutions teams and marketing to provide attractive pitch documents and best solution offerings to potential clients
Attending international events and client meets with the budget to go to EU/ the US 2-3 times per year
The Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years contract 360 recruitment experience in a relevant specialism
- A proven track record of Business Development (Self-generated business and repeat business with these clients)
- Consistency in performance (new runners out p/m, new clients/client expansion)
