What You'll Be Doing:

• Damage Detective: Become our resident Sherlock, meticulously investigating every reported damage. No stone (or ceramic) will be left unturned in your quest for answers!
• Data : Analyse trends and patterns with an obsessive eye for detail. Is it a transit pipe dream gone wrong? Packaging problems? You'll crack the code and drive solutions!
• Collaborative King/Queen: Work seamlessly with our Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. Collaboration is key to plumbing new depths of efficiency!
• Supplier & Courier Champion: Build strong relationships with our partners, ensuring everyone's on the same page for safe, sound deliveries.
• Solution Focussed: Brainstorm and implement innovative, robust solutions – from smarter packaging to smoother handling. Help us drain away the problems for good!
• Impact Tracker: See your efforts pay off! Monitor improvements and report on the fantastic progress you're making in reducing damages and saving costs.
• Insight Sharer: Present your brilliant findings and ideas to senior management. Your voice will be heard, and your insights will drive change!
