e have an exciting opportunity to join our Preboarding team in Glasgow. A

s a Team Member, you will deliver agreed Preboarding & Recruitment activities, as defined by the business and in line with regulatory requirements. Delivering a great candidate and stakeholder experience is crucial to the role. You will support candidates and internal stakeholders through the Heathrow recruitment and preboarding process. S

uccessful candidates will be required to undergo a minimum of two weeks of in-house, face-to-face training.

• reating and issuing documents, including offer letters and contracts of employment P
  • rocessing starters and movers in our HR system U
  • pdating system records P
  • re-employment Right to Work checks P
  • re-employment medical requirements P
  • eer checking the work of other Team Members D
• elivering own work activities to meet the service standards that achieve business requirements – for example, satisfying quality requirements by minimizing re-work (e.g., contract re-issuing or payroll entries) E
• nsuring exceptional professional and compliance standards are maintained M
• aintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure that data is checked and inputted accurately E
• nsuring all received data is correctly recorded in Heathrow systems to provide an auditable trail of documents and actions E
• stablishing strong working relationships across the team and wider stakeholders C
