About The Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join our national property division undertaking a broad range of commercial property work.

We are one of the largest Commercial Property teams in the UK who are renowned for having deep sector knowledge and experience for any transaction no matter how large or complex. We are consistently ranked highly by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

With an enviable client base including household names, developers, investors, banks, pension funds, charities and housebuilders, we are looking to appoint a commercial property lawyer to join the division.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:

We are looking for an ambitious Associate to work with us. You will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience and be excited by the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of commercial property work we do. We pride ourselves on not pigeonholing our junior lawyers. We ensure that you have a broad diet of work which keeps you are engaged and exposed to the many facets of commercial property, as working with your peers as well as our talented and experienced partner group, both locally and across our offices nationally.

This role will develop your technical and client management skills with a challenging and varied workload.

Working alongside highly respected senior practitioners there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set. This will include mentoring and supervising the junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals in the team.

We will support and actively encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
