About the role:

Love2shop – part of the PayPoint Group is looking to expand its Customer Contact team, and we have a new role for Customer Care Advisor.

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience specific to Love2shop consumer brands; Park Christmas Savings and Love2shop.co.uk whilst ensuring compliance to all policies, processes and regulations.

What You’ll Do

Join our customer experience team and become a go-to expert across our exciting range of physical and digital products – from Love2shop eGift Cards to Reward Codes and more. You’ll work on a rota basis, helping customers via phone, email, live chat and social media. Whether it’s placing new orders, processing returns, tracking deliveries or resolving payment queries, you’ll be there to make things easy and efficient.

You’ll also play a key role in fraud prevention, GDPR compliance, and supporting marketing campaigns through outbound calls. With access to third-party systems, you’ll carry out KYC checks, manage account updates, and help customers make the most of our self-service tools. If you’re passionate about delivering brilliant service and solving problems first time, this is the role for you.

What You Bring -

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every customer interaction. You’ll need to be a confident communicator with a strong focus on delivering excellent service, whether it’s over the phone, by email or via live chat. A natural problem-solver with great attention to detail, you’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel and Outlook to stay organised and efficient.You’ll be a real team player—supportive, reliable and always ready to pitch in.

Previous experience in a busy customer service role is essential, especially if you’ve handled queries across multiple channels

Any further experience in handling customer queries via social media, knowledge of FCA regulations would also be desirable.
