We are looking for an Admin Assistant on temporary based contract and work will be remotely in UK.
About the Role:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain records, reports, and databases.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must operate under a Limited Company.
Note: Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi/internet connection.
