We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Medical Secretary to join our Medical Secretary team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a Bank basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.

About The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To provide a comprehensive Medical Secretarial and practice administration service to medical staff and other clinical team members in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and company confidentiality policies, ensuring all work is processed in a timely, efficient way.
  • Provide a full and comprehensive Medical Secretarial service, including timely audio typing of clinic letters, other letters, documents/presentations, taking and typing of minutes, agendas, and compilation of letters as required by the Consultant(s) and respective team(s).

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • General education to GCSE standard including English and RSA/NVQ Level III or equivalent.
  • At least two years previous secretarial experience and/or previous NHS/Private Practice experience
