Customer Service Advisor

Join us as a Customer Service Advisor on our Front Counter & Tyre Bay Team where you’ll be the friendly face greeting customers, answering questions, managing bookings, and making sure everything runs smoothly from enquiry to collection.

Whether it’s helping someone find the perfect part, scheduling tyre fittings or coordinating with our sales team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the high-quality service Charles Trent is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting customers collecting parts or seeking advice
• Answering calls and scheduling tyre refits, tracking, and repairs
• Handling bookings, processing payments, and completing documentation
• Managing our click-and-collect orders from start to finish
• Dealing with enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Selling vehicle parts over the counter and supporting the sales team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Car parts knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
• Confident multitasker who thrives under pressure
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Comfortable using IT systems (full training provided)
• Experience in the motor industry is essential
