As we continue to grow across multiple markets, we’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive International Compliance Executive to support our licensing operations and ensure best-in-class regulatory reporting.

About the Role: International Compliance Executive – Licence Admin & Regulatory Reporting

In this key role, you’ll be part of our dedicated Compliance team, helping manage our international licensing portfolio and deliver accurate, timely regulatory reports. You’ll work across the business and with external regulators to make sure we’re compliant, informed, and always prepared.

From tracking renewal dates to pulling together regulatory data, you’ll play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Licence Administration – Manage our licensing activity across international markets, monitor renewals, and support applications by coordinating with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and regulators.

Regulatory Reporting – Prepare and deliver accurate regulatory reports by collecting, analysing, and validating data—making sure we meet our obligations in all active jurisdictions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with teams across the business to gather key data, answer queries, and stay aligned on changes in regulation.

Assurance & Guidance – Support periodic assurance reviews over regulatory controls and help teams understand licensing and reporting requirements.

Training & Support – Help educate teams about our obligations and play an active role in wider compliance initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory reporting (ideally within gambling or other regulated industries).

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, especially in European Gambling Markets (desirable but not essential).

High attention to detail and comfortable working with complex data and documents.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you can dig into the details and see the bigger picture.

Excellent communicator who’s confident liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.

Proficient in using reporting tools and data systems.
