Establishing ourselves as market leaders in Europe in just 6 years, we have a huge growth opportunity ahead of us and we need committed, motivated Account Executives who have experience in selling SAAS Solutions. Your mission is to drive our expansion by acquiring more top logos.

Your Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for an Account Executive as part of the osapiens division in the UK, Ireland & Nordics. The role focusses on winning new logos and hunting in your territory. You will be supported by BDMs and pre-sales consultants in the sales process. Your responsibilities include:
- Measured on outcomes and deals won.
- Drive impactful discussions with C-Level and VP-Level Executives, gaining insights into their business requirements and aligning osapiens solutions with their needs
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Oversee the customer experience from the initial acquisition until the contract is signed, managing your team resources as you do.
- Leverage HubSpot to efficiently manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks
- Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales experience, ideally with a regulatory, ESG, or compliance lens with wider platform sales experience.
- Proven hunter — strong record of proactivity, taking ownership for sourcing and closing new business
- Mastery of value-based selling (eg MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar)
- Comfortable managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles on larger and more complex deals
- Highly receptive to feedback, self-aware, and committed to continuous development.
- Proactive and well-organized, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrates executive presence and professionalism, capable of engaging confidently with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a humble approach and a strong bias for execution.
- Skilled in delivering technical business demonstrations and adept at translating complex solutions into clear customer value.
