As a Branch Supervisor based in Nottingham branch you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this branch.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers predominately via phone and email
• Provide advice, information and quotations to maximise sales and margins
• Supervise staff to ensure they are clear on work priorities
• Motivate staff to achieve goals
  
  

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have to be a successful Branch Supervisor...

• Previous industry or merchant experience is ideal
• Experience in a supervisory/people management position
• Ability and confidence to organise and delegate tasks
• Excellent customer service interaction skills with the ability to build strong relationships
