This is a hybrid role working with our Risk Settlement team which is one of our fastest growing business areas. Office presence expected twice per week but will require more office time during the initial ‘settling in’ period. This role could be based on the above basis from any of the following offices: Guildford, Leeds, Manchester, London or Reading.
About The Role
Due to our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Team Administrator/Office Support Senior to join our established team and support with the day-to-day administrative tasks which facilitate the efficient operation of the team.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate diaries and schedule meetings with insurers, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare for client pitches, ensuring team readiness and consistent document formatting.
- Onboard new clients in line with XPS take-on procedures.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records in collaboration with the Risk Settlement Operations team.
- Organise and participate in monthly team meetings and assist with external webcast logistics.
- Support marketing initiatives and proof-read technical content for internal and external platforms.
- Compile management information (MI) reports and monitor revenue and recovery.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, expense claims, and other administrative tasks.
Essential
- Ability to manage and deliver in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own work, working both individually and as part of a small team
- Expert in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to manipulate and analyse extensive datasets as well as perfecting
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including proof-reading
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle several tasks with conflicting deadlines
- A self-starter with the confidence to put forward their own ideas and challenge those of others
- Previous office-based experience gained within a similar support role in the financial services or pensions industry
- Experience of maintaining / building sites on the MS SharePoint platform
- Previous use of MS Teams and Asana to enhance collaboration and workflow
- Educated to A-Level, Degree, or equivalent standard.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum grade C/5 or equivalent).
