Are you a data-driven reward professional with a keen eye for market trends and competitive pay structures? We’re looking for a part time Reward Specialist to lead on pay benchmarking, market research, and our compensation strategy. In this pivotal role, you will analyse external market data to support competitive pay and reward solutions, oversee pay reviews, and provide expert recommendations to ensure fairness and sustainability in pay practices. Reporting into the People Operations Manager and working closely with the Head of People, you’ll support on pay bargaining, reward initiatives and job evaluation, all while maintaining a robust pay database that informs business decisions.
