We’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Little Luigi’s – our cozy, buzzing Italian spot in the heart of Notting Hill.

This is not just any service role. We want someone who genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience every single time – someone who takes pride in getting five-star reviews, knows their burrata from their bolognese, and can shake up an Aperol Spritz without breaking a sweat.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Confident making their own drinks – spritzes, negronis, espresso martinis, and more

Willing and able to open or close the venue on some shifts

Comfortable working solo at times (we’re a small team, so you’ll be trusted)

Strong knowledge of Italian food and drink – or a genuine passion to learn

Outstanding customer service – warm, confident, and engaging

A natural at encouraging Google and social media reviews

Someone organised, dependable and clean – both in service and setup
