In this role, you will:

• Organise sales territories for optimal team efficiency and comprehensive region coverage.
• Achieve sales goals through recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Branch Teams to enhance in-branch selling culture.
• Support sales improvement plans and coach teams on utilizing sales tools for exceeding targets.
• Develop customer and region-specific action plans, monitoring key performance data for feedback.
• Foster crucial supplier relationships and engage with key customers in sub-regions.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in managing remote teams.
• Extensive experience in sales management.
• Sales-driven, motivated, and change management adept.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven strategies.
• Strong communicator, attentive listener, and team player.
• Thrives under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
