We have an exciting opportunity to join IT Delivery and Support as an IT Performance Analyst!

What are the core responsibilities?

  • Translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting requirements, developing KPIs, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and improve workflows.
  • Identify trends, performance drivers, and process inefficiencies, providing insightful commentary and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand reporting needs and ensure high-quality, relevant information delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and software utilization to detect bottlenecks, optimize license usage, and identify underused or unused assets.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for software renewals, true-ups, audits, and manage purchase order requisitions and contract authorizations.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, including software licenses, utilization, depreciation, cross-charging, and compliance with internal policies.

  • Technically proficient, with hands-on experience in IT Software Asset Management and deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing and End User Licensing Agreements (EULAs).
  • Skilled in ITSM and monitoring systems, with advanced Power BI capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
