What are the core responsibilities?
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting requirements, developing KPIs, dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and improve workflows.
- Identify trends, performance drivers, and process inefficiencies, providing insightful commentary and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand reporting needs and ensure high-quality, relevant information delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and software utilization to detect bottlenecks, optimize license usage, and identify underused or unused assets.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for software renewals, true-ups, audits, and manage purchase order requisitions and contract authorizations.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records, including software licenses, utilization, depreciation, cross-charging, and compliance with internal policies.
- Proactive and analytical thinker with strong numerical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, with excellent prioritisation and workload management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in changing environments and committed to continuous improvement.
- Technically proficient, with hands-on experience in IT Software Asset Management and deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing and End User Licensing Agreements (EULAs).
- Skilled in ITSM and monitoring systems, with advanced Power BI capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
