Contract type: Full time
About The Role

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Executive to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!

You'll own the timely and accurate input of supply-related data that feeds into planning and forecasting decisions, follow up with suppliers and third-party partners to confirm orders, align delivery dates, and obtain shipment documentation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in maintaining operational accuracy, and brings energy and initiative to cross-functional collaboration.

As Part Of Your Role, You Will

  • Support Supply Planners with daily planning and operational tasks.
  • Generate key reports (e.g. stock availability, demand vs. supply) to drive timely decisions.
  • Maintain accurate ERP data, including product setups, POs, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier documentation, invoicing, and shipment follow-up.
  • Manage trackers, calendars, and tools to align team operations.
  • Prepare materials for planning meetings and cross-functional reviews.
  • Collaborate with Logistics, NPD, Finance, and Marketing to ensure operational clarity.

This is a hybrid role, located 3 days a week at our Brighton HQ.

About You

This is a great chance to grow your career within Supply Chain and can act as a launchpad for someone who enjoys digging into details, driving process improvements, and becoming a linchpin between key functions in a fast-paced, high-growth business.

Role

You'll be eager to grow and demonstrate a proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. To succeed in this role, we think you'll also need:

  • Comfortable working with data and systems, ideally with intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a previous Supply Chain or Operations Support role (internships or placements considered) - Preferred but not essential.
