Help to deliver inspection and audit programmes for Leicestershire Police

As our Inspection Support Officer, you will support the force Inspectorate in the planning, preparation and monitoring of internal and external inspections and liaise with stakeholders to monitor and record progress being made against areas for improvement. You will play a vital role in ensuring Leicestershire Police delivers its business with maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a point of contact for advice and guidance on audit and inspections
  • Engage in the development of external stakeholder documents
  • Ensure a communication programme is delivered to stakeholders

The must haves

  • Experience of supporting internal and external business process audits and inspections
  • Experience of preparing and delivering presentations, facilitation, training or coaching
  • The ability to make judgements and recommendations about how effective and efficient business processes are against measured outcomes
