Role Overview
The Architectural Assistant - Part II will play a pivotal role in supporting the design team by developing robust Revit models and drawings for high-profile residential projects. Role Overview
The Architectural Assistant - Part II will play a pivotal role in supporting the design team by developing robust Revit models and drawings for high-profile residential projects. Working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to every stage of the design process—from concept to construction documentation—ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine detailed Revit models and construction drawings for residential projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all technical drawings align with the project vision and building regulations.
- Assist in the coordination of design details across various disciplines, supporting the successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to design meetings, providing technical insight and creative solutions.
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for client review.
- Keep abreast of advancements in Revit and other architectural technologies to continually enhance the design process.
- Possession of Part II architectural qualifications and a demonstrable proficiency in Revit.
- Previous experience, either through internships or early career roles, with a strong focus on residential projects.
- Good understanding of architectural design processes, construction documentation, and building regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team settings.
