The role

This role is an 8-month fixed-term contract, where you'll collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to strengthen their people capability. You'll also take charge of talent planning and management, developing strategies that align with shared organisational goals. As the go-to expert in your business area, you'll provide valuable people-related insights and may also lead the implementation of specific people strategies at a local level.

What will I be doing?

  • Partner with business areas to implement people-focused strategies, embedding both company-wide and unit-specific initiatives.
  • Leverage MI and data to drive informed decision-making via monthly dashboards and key People KPIs.
  • Align with ANS policy, refining it based on business needs, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Coach and advise managers on people-related matters.
  • Own and manage employee relations within the business unit.
  • Monitor and enhance employee engagement, using feedback sources like surveys and exit interviews.
  • Identify and develop talent, collaborating with L&D to create strong retention plans.
  • Provide guidance on business efficiency.
  • Support succession planning implementation and management.
  • Embed company values and culture within the business.
  • Offer technical HR expertise to the people team.
  • Identify challenges and drive improvements, overseeing solutions from start to finish.

What will I bring to the role?

  • CIPD Level 5 or above
  • Preferably have experience working in a fast paced people team in the technology industry
  • Strong stakeholder management
