The Opportunity/Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Internal Account Manager to join our operations here in Huntingdon, Cambs. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will manage key customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to fulfil commitments, strengthen external partnerships, and optimize internal processes for seamless service delivery.
Main Responsibilities Will Include

The Opportunity/Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Internal Account Manager to join our operations here in Huntingdon, Cambs. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will manage key customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to fulfil commitments, strengthen external partnerships, and optimize internal processes for seamless service delivery.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Prioritise safety while meeting customer service and delivery expectations.
- Manage customer relationships, lead service reviews, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Collaborate across teams to align customer needs with supply chain and business priorities.
- Conduct performance reviews, analyse service data, and proactively address challenges.
- Optimise processes, guide sales and customer service teams, and support business development.
- Train, coach, and support team members while driving service improvements across departments.
- Experience of managing relationships with large customers in a B2B environment
- Operational knowledge of core supply chain disciplines, particularly relating to planning, warehouse, and logistics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining standards under pressure
- Analytical and able to interrogate reports and assimilate data
- Adept at solving complex problems
- A confident and professional influencing style
- Self-motivated, driven, and positive
- Experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to own personal development
