Denholm Wellclad (formerly Glacier Welding Solutions) is a part of our Denholm group and has grown both organically and through strategic acquisitions to become a leading international provider of specialist products, services and engineering solutions for new and existing infrastructure. We are currently looking for a QA Administrator to join our manufacturing team in Glasgow

Duties/Requirements [All training with be given]:

  • Collate quality documentation ensuring client requirements and specifications are met.
  • Ensure correspondence with suppliers, customers and internal staff is recorded accurately.
  • Ensure welder qualification prolongations are passed to welding engineers in a timely manner.
  • Deliver documentation packages to customers and internal staff in a timely manner.
  • Amend documentation packages as per customer’s reasonable requests.
  • Ensure all machinery and inspection tools are within calibration status.
  • Ensure all documentation is logged correctly onto company ERP system.

Skills & Experience required:

  • To effectively communicate with other members of the team/department/company
  • First class organisational skills with the ability to adapt and multi task
  • Good level of IT literacy
  • An enthusiastic and dependable team player
  • General experience of ERP systems
  • Recognition of HSE procedures and responsibilities

The role is a Monday to Friday dayshift position, with hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 2:00pm on Fridays.
