Overview
The Employee Benefits Apprentice will join our dynamic Employee Benefits team, supporting the EMEA region. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in employee benefits administration, under the guidance of the EMEA Health, Lifestyle, and Wellbeing Manager.
The apprentice will start by mastering foundational tasks, progress to contributing to strategic initiatives, and gain exposure to a range of activities that enhance employee wellbeing and engagement across the region.

- Respond to employee queries regarding benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Maintain and update employee benefits materials, including candidate brochures and employee intranet pages, to ensure they are current and accessible.
- Support the maintenance of employee data systems, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of employee information.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks, such as preparing and organizing renewal documentation for benefits programs.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to process invoices related to employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct research into new employee benefits initiatives to support innovative health, lifestyle, and wellbeing programs.
- Participate in projects, such as system enhancements or process improvements, contributing ideas and supporting implementation.
- Assist with annual enrolment activities, including preparation, coordination, and employee support during enrolment periods.
- Draft and issue employee communications related to benefits updates, ensuring clarity and alignment with company branding.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn HR and employee data systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under guidance and as part of a team.
- Interest in employee benefits, HR, and wellbeing programs, with a proactive approach to research and problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoice handling) is a plus but not required.
