Kickstart Your Tech Career with Us

Are you passionate about technology, curious about how things work, and ready to launch an exciting career in IT, engineering, or AV tech? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an AV Technical Support Apprentice.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to build your future. As part of the Digital Support Technician (Level 3) apprenticeship, you’ll work toward a recognised qualification while gaining real-world experience in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

You’ll collaborate with our Technical Support, Engineering, and Internal IT teams to help deliver high-quality webcasting services for meaningful life events — from weddings to funerals. Along the way, you’ll get to work with professional-grade equipment, learn the ins and outs of live audio and video production, and gain exposure to the tools and systems used by AV and IT professionals every day.

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have a solid foundation for a career in IT support, AV engineering, or technical operations — and you’ll have spent time in each of these areas to help find the path that’s right for you.

What You'll Learn and Do

  • Provide day-to-day technical support across media and IT systems
  • Monitor and manage live webcast streams, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality service
  • Assist in setting up and operating audio and video equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where necessary
  • Support internal users with IT and media-related queries
  • Collaborate with engineering and tech teams to maintain system performance

  • Complete structured learning as part of the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship
