Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal FTC

About The Role

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This varied and fulfilling role is ideal for an RVN who is keen to apply their existing skills while continuing to grow and develop professionally.

As a valued member of our nursing team, you'll be involved in a wide range of clinical duties, including:

• Running nurse clinics (e.g. second vaccinations, health and wellness checks, nail clipping)
• Providing inpatient care for both surgical and medical cases
• Supporting diagnostics through laboratory work
• Assisting with imaging and procedures such as x-rays and dental scale and polishes
  
  

You'll be working alongside a supportive and close-knit team comprising 6 part-time Vets (with 2 Vets working each day), our Head Nurse, and 3 experienced RVNs. This collaborative environment offers the chance to thrive in a well-rounded clinical role while contributing meaningfully to patient care.

Working hours/rota

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, with shared Saturday mornings (8:00 am-1:00 pm), currently 1 in 4. There are no out-of-hours or Bank Holiday requirements, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
