Job Title: Sales Manager (Renewals / Account Management)

Salary: c. £55,000 + £25,000 OTE

Location: Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home) - easliy accessable by train

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

The Role

As Sales Manager (Renewals), you will:

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Account Managers focused on renewals, upselling, and customer retention
  • Manage and grow sales revenue by developing and expanding existing customer accounts in the staffing agency market and related B2B sectors
  • Conduct structured account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure maximum account growth
  • Utilise data to inform proposals, retention strategies, and sales activity
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of the renewals pipeline and report directly to senior leadership
  • Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, team sessions, and performance reviews to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
  • Attend client meetings independently and alongside your team as required

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in team management and developing Account Managers
  • A proven track record in sales, renewals, and account management, within B2B environments
  • Excellent negotiation skills and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills to translate customer needs into effective account management and sales strategies
  • The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple KPIs and targets
  • A commitment to personal development and openness to feedback
