Job Description

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspection of incoming goods, including aerospace components, repair parts, and materials supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the inspection and logistics processes.
- Verify documentation such as Certificates of Conformance (CofC), Airworthiness Certificates, EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, and packing lists.
- Identify and report non-conformances, quarantine suspect items, and initiate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) as needed.
- Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and visual inspection techniques to assess part condition.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, EASA Part 145, and other applicable aerospace standards.
Key skills and qualifications
- Strong understanding of aerospace documentation and regulatory requirements (EASA, FAA, AS9100).
- Familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications and IT literate – experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Formal training in aerospace quality inspection or equivalent and Forklift license or experience handling aerospace components safely would be desirable
