Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to enhance skills and capabilities at all levels.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
Succession Planning:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive succession planning strategy aligned with the group’s long-term goals.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning meetings to ensure readiness for key roles.
Talent Investment:
- Establish talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Create programs that promote internal progression and career development, ensuring employees have opportunities for growth.
Culture Development:
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture across all companies in the group.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate company values and mission, integrating them into everyday practices.
Performance Management:
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective feedback and performance evaluation processes.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all companies.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Advisory Role:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic business initiatives.
Qualifications:
