Warwickshire Hospital | Permanent | Part-Time

Shifts Available:
- Position 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (8am–6pm)
- Position 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (8am–6pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointment bookings efficiently and accurately, primarily via telephone
- Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of phone enquiries from patients, GPs, and hospital staff
- Process referral forms and coordinate appointments with consultants and imaging services
- Provide reception duties and respond to face-to-face and email enquiries as required
- Support colleagues to maintain effective departmental workflows
- Use CRIS and PACS radiology IT systems to assist with administrative tasks
- Assist with image transfers between hospitals when needed
- Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and IT skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work well under pressure
- Reliable, professional, and a good team player
- Knowledge of medical terminology and previous healthcare administrative experience is desirable
