We’re looking for a creative, commercial, and pub loving Marketing Manager to join the Dodo team.
Dodo Pub Co is a fast growing independent pub company, known for unbeatable vibes, top-notch food & drinks, and amazing people. At our core, we’re neighbourhood pubs serving products we’re 100% proud of, delivered by people who are 100% committed to what they do.
From the bar: You’ll find great beers, wines, and cocktails – all poured by passionate teams who care about quality and community.
From the kitchen: We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas fired at 450°C, alongside tasty burgers, brunch, and sides that hit the spot.
We’re now looking for someone to take ownership of marketing that drives sales — boosting footfall, promoting events, building local partnerships, and making sure the Dodo brand shows up strong, loud, and proud across every channel.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, but it does require regular in-pub presence to make an impact where it matters most.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and executing our marketing strategy to drive footfall, sales, and customer loyalty
- Leading our event and campaign calendar – from pub quizzes to street parties
- Creating local partnerships and promotions that bring in new trade
- Using tools like Airship, Toggle, Lightspeed, Wi-Fi Social, and Google Analytics to run data led campaigns and report on ROI
- Planning email marketing, CRM campaigns, and loyalty funnels
- Working closely with our Social Media Manager, Area Managers and GMs to ensure everything we do delivers commercial value
- Measuring campaign success with clear sales targets, conversion rates, and event profitability
What We’re Looking For
- A commercially minded marketer with hospitality or F&B experience
- Someone who knows how to turn brand and content into measurable sales
- Confident across CRM, email, paid social, events, PR and digital
- Able to work autonomously and bring big ideas to life
- Happy to spend time in pubs regularly, not just behind a screen
- Comfortable managing a budget and reporting on ROI
- Collaborative, energetic, and always up for a pint and a plan
