Role Overview
Vario is a market leading alternative legal services provider within the law firm, Pinsent Masons. It is unique in the legal sector. Vario is a practice group within Pinsent Masons which incorporates; Flexible Services, Consulting and Technology, Legal Project Management and Managed Legal Services (MLS). This role sits within our MLS team.
Our Vario MLS team helps clients to enhance the performance of their in-house teams through efficient resourcing solutions. We use a combination of lawyers, processes and technology to deliver outcomes for clients faster and smarter than traditional law.
Our Company Secretarial team forms part of our MLS team with 9 colleagues based across the UK. We are recruiting a Company Secretarial Administrator to support the Co-Sec team in delivering a quality service to clients, boards and committees. The role will also include opening files, anti-money laundering tasks and billing tasks.
Please note, this is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Administration experience
- Experience of working in a professional services business
- Experience of working with systems and Microsoft pack
