We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality team. Reporting to a Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This role will be full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and based in Runcorn
Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specializes in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. The company's products and services are used to help care for critically and chronically ill patients.
Our product portfolio included a comprehensive range of IV generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.
Responsibilities:- Supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems
- Building strong working relationships with all departments across the business to engender a quality culture
- Complying with all necessary standard operating procedures and systems to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards
- Supporting the investigation of root cause(s) of complaints and non-conformances and assisting with the implementation of corrective/preventative actions to reduce these events
- Collating and reviewing data from the QMS process and supporting the performance of data trend analysis
- Maintaining an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards
- Assisting with the maintenance of quality standards and supporting departmental projects
- Undertaking any other relevant duties to support the Quality Management team and Head of Quality
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry within a Quality role is preferable
- Dealing with complaints and investigations is preferable
- Strong administrative skills and computer literate
- Resilient and able to use own initiative to solve problems
- Ability to plan workload and follow processes
- Good communication skills
