Learning Support Assistant – Hearing Impairment / BSL Experience

Crawley | Full Time | Start ASAP or after May Half Term | £89 per day

We’re working with a fantastic secondary school with a highly regarded SEND team who are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join them on a long-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with hearing impairments or who holds British Sign Language (BSL) skills. You’ll be providing 1:1 and small group support, helping students thrive both academically and socially in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting students with hearing impairments or BSL training
• DBS on the update service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
