Volunteer Catering Assistant

Location: Crumbles Coffee Shop (WV3 9DH)

Our Volunteer Catering staff are welcoming and helpful with a can-do attitude, making customers feel welcome. They work alongside our dedicated team and are committed in providing quality food in a fast-paced environment.

So, whether you’re looking to make new friends a couple of hours a week or improve your CV, we can provide all the support you need. We offer flexible hours to fit in with your lifestyle as well as supportive and thriving environment.

The time commitment for this role is flexible within the Coffee Shop opening times and will be agreed in advance with the Coffee Shop Manager, but if you have any available hours to spare then we would love to hear from you.

Duties will include ensuring:

• Cleanliness is of a highest standard within all areas
• Replenishment of sundries is undertaken
• The shop is generally well stocked and presented
• A professional and prompt service is maintained
• Excellent customer service is provided

In this role, we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help any time Mondays to Saturdays, open 6 days per week, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, whether you are looking to volunteer for a whole day or a few hours, we would love to hear from you.
