The Successful Candidate Will
- Act as a member of the care team under the supervision of registered NMAHP Practitioner.
- Assist patients to achieve their care and rehabilitation goals.
- Provide support and evidence based care by assisting the planning, implementing, delivery and evaluation of car
- Undertake baseline assessments within clearly defined parameters for the identified area of care delivery.
- Use specialist technical and practical skills to deliver flexible, person centred safe and effective care

What We'll Need You To Bring
- Formal qualification at HNC Level or equivalent level of experience in a health / education / social care environment plus short specialist courses relevant to specific clinical area.
- Awareness of health legislation relevant to the clinical area.
- Knowledge of the clinical speciality/area process, techniques and / or activities relevant to client group.
- Ability to apply a range of technical and practical skills.
- Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of basic information technology.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills and maintain a record of learning.
- Car driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence
