Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious individual who is starting out on their career journey to join our Financial Planning team in Nottingham. In this role you'll provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and be the first point of contact for our clients so we will look to you to deliver a positive, professional, and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 4 days per week.

As an Assistant Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • To support the Client Administration team in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for organising client review meetings and preparing meeting packs and required valuations.
  • Responsible for post and other front office activities as required.
  • To collaborate and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Identify and report any risks, breaches, or errors through ensuring risks are logged through to mitigating actions and controls.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above which is equivalent to GCSE in England
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proven experience working in the financial services or professional services industry
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
