Regulatory Compliance Officer - Apprentice

We have an opportunity for two Apprenticeships in our Housing Standards & Assistance team. As a Regulatory Compliance Officer - Apprentice you will join our team to ensure safe, healthy, and compliant housing across the borough.
You will do this by:
- Visiting and inspecting properties and sites
- Assessing risks and working to determine the best course of action
- Working in line with legislation and organisation policies/procedures
- Collecting and analysing data
- Dealing with service requests and complaints
- Working as a part of a team and developing good working relationships
During your time with us you'll be working towards the Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4 qualification. This course aims to provide you with in-depth knowledge of the regulatory area that you'll be working in. Working while you study means you can put your learning into practice as you develop through the programme.
How long does an apprenticeship take?
This apprenticeship programme is for a two-year period.
