Your Role
Role
As a Senior Care Lead, you'll play a key leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery and team performance. You'll:
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants to deliver top-quality, person-centred care.
- Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in line with Avante’s Philosophy of Care and the Eden Alternative.
- Supervise and manage the home in the absence of senior management.
- Mentor and train staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and colleagues.
You’re a natural leader with:
- A passion for improving lives and creating meaningful connections.
- An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required).
- A professional, kind, and proactive approach.
