We have a full time permanent opportunity available at our Barnsley site for a Materials Planner to join the Supply Chain Team.

Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- MRP
- Call off / order management.
- Inward flow management
- Advise and resolution of supply issues
- Stock level mgmt. in site mitigating shorts / surpluses
- Co-ordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and deviations to plan
- Execution of inventory write offs
- Reasons for moving this to a central function:
- Avoiding duplication of standard materials
- Building stronger supplier relationships
What we need from you:
Essential:
- Highly numerical
- Good with building relationships, including good conflict resolution skills and the ability to challenge
- Experience with Maestro/Rapid Response
